In this episode Ashley and Emily chat about her signature tool for self-care and making it bite-sized, work-life balance (and why the term itself is a myth), and how she integrates eastern and western healing modalities for both herself and her clients. Emily also shares parts of her process as well as knowledge and awareness behind our subconscious and conscious minds, muscle testing, and why she prefers building healing frameworks instead of formulas because healing and habits are not one size fits all.
Emily feels more balanced than ever before and realizes now that nothing she did over the years worked because she was treating her body, time and energy like it was an enemy. Once she learned that she could collaborate with her body, time, and energy everything changed. She learned to speak her body’s language, interpret what it was telling her, and implemented healthful and mindful practices.
